Customer request

Customer asked for a simple dagger that they could display in their office. The request included a black matte handle, a modern pommel, and a simple blade.

Materials and construction

The blade is made from 5160 steel, with an integral tang and threaded pommel construction. The handle is made from hickory wood, with a charred black finish. The pommel is made from cast iron, filed down, and shaped in a geometric pattern. The quillons (crossguard) is made from mild steel, with an oval design.
